Since we introduced our pork buns, they’ve been mighty popular, so popular we’ve renamed them in honor of one of our favorite Marvel characters, the Mighty Thor. But, we have to say, these things are pretty intensive to make. We make the buns from scratch from a recipe that did not account for a non-temperature controlled kitchen and the constant humidity of SE Asia. But, we’re constantly tweaking and trying to get them perfect.
